Nestled in a private, mountainside setting, Crown Ridge Resort offers a variety of activities in the heart of the Mount Washington Valley. Enjoy year-round tax-free outlet shopping or downhill skiing at nearby Cranmore, Attitash, or Wildcat Mountain. Only three miles from the resort, you can enjoy canoeing, white-water rafting, or kayaking on the Saco River. Enjoy on-site hiking, cross-country skiing, jogging trails, indoor swimming, and a variety of other activities. Your unit offers spacious living finished in natural woods with an unrestricted viewof nature. All units feature color television with VCR, a dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, fireplace and a whirlpool tub in the master bath. There is no air conditioning in the units. 3BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 2 1/2 baths, 1 King bed, 1 queen and 2 twins w/ pullout sofa or 4 bunk beds. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have two baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and two twins in a loft. None of the units have air conditioning. No pets allowed. A US$100 security depositis required upon check-in. If damage exceeds US$100, your card will be charged.Late arrivals must call for security code for key pickup. Each unit has multi-levelsnot handicapped accessible. The resort is secluded but only minutes from the area\'s attractions. A license is required for fishing and Snowmobiling. Resort has a limited supply of tennis racquets avail- able, so you may want to bring your own. Indoor pool on-site. Ski Seasons vary eachyear; contact the resort to verify dates.
